About Dr. Khan and the NorthStar Rehab and Pain Program
Dr. Khan is a Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician who specializes in improving the function of her patients and reducing their pain.
Dr. Khan created the Northstar Pain Program with the thought that everyone should have access to quality care and assistance especially when it comes to managing a condition or pain that can become truly debilitating and life altering. Dr. Khan's first name, Anjum, means " North Star" and so she was hopeful she could become a guide in her community for those needing assistance navigating the medical arena for pain treatment and rehabilitation. With her skills, she is able to create custom rehabilitation and/or pain programs that start with diagnosing a patient's pain to treating them with rehabilitation, medication management, acupuncture and interventional pain procedures as needed.
